The Lighthouse Club provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.

We were honoured in the first ever King’s Awards for Enterprise for our work to enhance the life opportunities of others.

As members of the 5% Club we pledge that at least 5% of our workforce will be in formalised apprenticeships, sponsored students or on graduate development schemes. At the end of 2021, 5.7% of our people fulfilled those criteria.

We collaborate with Aldersgate Group to share knowledge and tackle issues important to our industry and to the communities we work in.

We are signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, and hold their silver award supporting the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.

Willmott Dixon is the first contractor to sign up to all three of The Climate Group’s initiatives: for renewable energy (RE100), electric vehicles (EV100) and energy provision (EP100).
