The work at The Gatwick School client Crawley Free School Trust involved converting a two-storey office building at Manor Royal Business Park near Gatwick Airport into an all-through school (Reception to Year 11). It also included a new four-court sports hall.
The non-denominational, co-educational school opened in September 2014 with an initial intake of 60 reception pupils and 30 Year 7 students. Our work has expanded the school's facilities so it can accommodate 1,020 pupils by 2020.
”Willmott Dixon have demonstrated that their building solutions are completely in tune with our vision to provide a state-of-the-art learning environment.”
