Honestly, the next project I would have been working on for my previous company would have been 100 miles away, so decided to move!!

Tell us more about your career with us
I spent 15 years surveying and decided I wanted a change so spoke with the commercial director about other roles available, including the role of estimator. It seemed a good opportunity, so I moved over into estimating.
