Gold is the highest honour of the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)

This prestigious recognition reflects our deep commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and the support we provide to veterans, Reservists, service families, and Cadet Force adult volunteers across our business.
